Just wanted to reach out & tell you how relieved my Dad is now that the trees are removed. It's been such a source of stress for him for so long that he has to pinch himself to be sure they are really gone! No more worrying that the weather or wind my crush his house.
He absolutely loved the "young" guys and was extremely impressed by their professionalism, dexterity, & speed. He was hoping you would pass the compliment along to them and your husband, as well. As a woodsman himself, albeit an aging one, he got a big kick out of watching them work. It makes him happy that this kind of work is not a lost art!
Thanks so much again for ALL your help. It's really great to find kind & trustworthy people to help him out with things like this. Since I'm not nearby I worry all the time, and am so pleased & grateful that this went smoothly & worked out so well.
Thank you for the excellent work done at my house in West Dover. Jason and Aaron were very professional, with a very strong work ethic. They showed great expertise, especially taking down the very large tree with the split that was two feet off my deck. The concern and care shown for my property and the healthy tree was impressive. The equipment did not damage my lawn and the yard was left in perfect condition. I could not ask for better performance or better results.
The Black Diamond Tree team did an amazing job in our yard in clearing down a huge pine and pruning back and cleaning up the trees. Couldn’t have asked for any better crew to come in work and then leave and not leave a trace they were there. Top notch work, reasonable rate, great people.
The quality of work by Jason and Aaron in removing and thinning trees on my property was impressive to say the least. Despite inclement weather, rain, heat and humidity, they paid attention to detail including repositioning items moved for safety. I will definitely call on Black Diamond again for future tree work as needed.

After searching far and wide for a tree removal service that we thought we could trust, who was professional as well as insured I found the website for Black Diamond Tree Service. After calling and speaking to Denise we knew we had someone that we could trust.
Denise and her crew were wonderful to work with. This morning Jason & Aaron showed up promptly and went to work removing 3 Hemlocks. One was a monster 80 feet tall with power lines and a shed very close bye. Those guys made it look as if they do this work in their sleep. When they were done there wasn’t as much as a twig left in my yard. Tomorrow they will be back to grind the stumps.
So, would I recommend Black Diamond Tree Service, HELL YES, they’re AWESOME...!

They had someone at my house within an hour to assess the situation and to make sure that my house was secure. The next morning the job began. Their equipment was state of the art. Their attitude was friendly and courteous. Their skill level and work ethic was outstanding. The cleanup both during and after was thorough. These guys were true professionals.
